Minecraft: Legends Cross-platform Information

Nintendo Switch, PC (Win), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S players can play together.

While each store may cross-play with other versions on the same platform, it cannot play with versions in a different cross-play group.

Can Minecraft: Legends be cross-played?

Minecraft Legends is best enjoyed with friends. If your friends are playing on a different platform, you will need to connect a Microsoft account to enable crossplay. Below are the steps to connect your Microsoft account to Minecraft Legends if you are playing on Nintendo, PlayStation, or Steam. Xbox and PC players can sign in with Microsoft accounts and do not need to link accounts.

How to set up crossplay in Minecraft Legends:

• Start Minecraft Legends.

• Select Settings.

• Under the Accounts tab, select Sign in to Microsoft account.

• Select Link Accounts.

• On either a desktop or mobile browser, navigate to the Microsoft linking page.

• Enter the code displayed in the game and sign into your account. Once completed, you will receive a message indicating that the sign-in was successful.

Note: A Microsoft account can only be linked to one PlayStation and one Nintendo account in Minecraft Legends at a time. If the sign-in fails, you might have already connected it to a different account in the game previously. Log in to that old account and unlink it so you can link it to the new account.
